The humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza continues to escalate, with the death toll now exceeding 68,872—most of them women and children—since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023. Medical teams report over 170,677 injuries, while thousands remain trapped beneath rubble, unreachable due to relentless bombardment and destroyed infrastructure.

On Tuesday, hospitals received the bodies of four Palestinians: three killed in recent attacks and one recovered from the ruins of a collapsed building.

Civil defense crews remain unable to reach many victims due to blocked roads, sniper fire, and continued military operations.

Despite the declared ceasefire on October 11, violations have persisted. Since that date, at least 240 Palestinians have been killed and 607 wounded, while 511 bodies have been retrieved from mass graves and collapsed structures.

On Monday, Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced that Israeli forces killed 10 Palestinians in the  24 hours, in a series of violations across the coastal enclave.

Over the past several days, Israeli airstrikes have targeted densely populated refugee camps in Jabalia, Al-Bureij, and Al-Maghazi, killing dozens—including entire families. Southern Gaza has faced repeated bombardment across Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis, while northern areas continue to endure shelling and sniper fire.

The Rafah crossing remains closed to medical evacuations for the second consecutive day, following the November 3 attack on an ambulance convoy.

UN monitors report that fewer than 2,000 civilians managed to flee northern Gaza today, citing fear of attack, lack of safe passage, and destroyed communication networks.

More than 2,260 people remain missing—over half of them children—presumed buried under rubble. Health ministry data shows an average of 134 children killed daily since the beginning of the assault.

The deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure and obstruction of humanitarian access constitute grave breaches of international law. The scale of devastation demands urgent international accountability and enforcement of protective measures.
