The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that hospitals across the Strip received 13 Palestinians killed over the past 48 hours, including 6 newly killed individuals and 7 bodies recovered from destroyed areas. Medical teams also treated 20 injuries during the same period.

According to the ministry, an unknown number of victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings and in streets that emergency crews are still unable to reach due to ongoing danger, destroyed roads, and the absence of safe access routes.

Since the declared “ceasefire” of 11 October 2025, the ministry has documented:

  • 401 Palestinians killed
  • 1,108 injuries
  • 641 bodies recovered from various locations across the Strip.

The cumulative toll of the genocide since 7 October 2023, has now reached 70,925 Palestinians killed and 171,185 injured.

The ministry added that 243 additional fatalities were incorporated into the cumulative count after their records were completed and formally approved by the Committee of the Killed between 12 and 19 December 2025.

The Health Ministry urged families of the killed and missing to complete their data through the official registration platform, noting that accurate documentation remains essential for maintaining verified public records.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reiterated that the documented figures represent only the cases that hospitals have been able to receive, stressing that the true toll is likely higher due to the large number of victims who remain unrecovered.
