A Palestinian child was injured on Tuesday midday when she was hit by a speeding car driving by an Israeli settler in Hebron city, northern West Bank.
Liyan Al Razam, 5, was moved to the Ahli Hospital in Hebron city after sustaining moderate after being hit by the settler car.
Local sources said that the settler fled the scene after the incident. It remains unclear whether the incident was deliberate or a traffic accident.
Hit and run incident by settlers against Palestinians most of the time go unpunished as the settlers flee the scene and Israeli military refuses to investigate those attacks.
