Israeli occupation forces conducted a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank on Friday, abducting dozens of Palestinians after storming their homes and ransacking them, while illegal Israeli colonizers escalated their violations against Palestinians, their homes and lands.
In the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank, three residents were abducted following a military incursion into the area.
Marzouq Abu Na’im, deputy head of the village council, stated that soldiers stormed homes and abducted 22-year-old Watan Abdul-Basset Abu Alia, 19-year-old Mohammad Rayeq Abu Na’im, and 38-year-old Yusri Mousa Abu Alia.
The abductions came after the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes and subjected the Palestinians to intimidation and field interrogation.
Abu Na’im also reported that Israeli forces stationed themselves along the western plains of the village, blocking access to agricultural lands and preventing farmers from reaching their fields.
Meanwhile, dozens of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers, accompanied by soldiers, invaded the area and began stealing firewood, further escalating tensions.
These latest violations follow a broader pattern of aggression in Al-Mughayyir. On August 21, Israeli forces imposed a three-day siege on the village, during which homes were ransacked, property was vandalized, vehicles were attacked, and roads were closed. Colonizers also conducted assaults under the cover of military presence, deepening the sense of isolation and fear among residents.
In the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, Israeli troops launched a pre-dawn invasion, entering from the eastern gate and spreading through the Sharqiyah neighborhood and the area surrounding the city’s cemetery.
Local sources stated that several homes were broken into, and their contents tampered with, including properties belonging to the Daoud and Qawwas families.
During the invasion, soldiers erected a temporary military roadblock in the city center, stopping residents and interrogating them.
One young man was abducted while walking along the main road; his identity remains unknown at the time of reporting.
In the early hours of Friday morning, Israeli paramilitary colonizers launched an attack on a tree nursery in the village of Yatma, located south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
The assault targeted the well-known pine nursery, where settlers uprooted trees and vandalized its contents, leaving behind extensive damage and monetary loss.
Local sources reported that the Israeli colonizers stormed the site under cover of darkness, smashing equipment and destroying cultivated areas.
The attack is part of a broader wave of colonizers’ violations that has intensified in recent weeks, with agricultural lands, homes, and civilian property increasingly coming under assault.
Residents of Yatma say this latest incident reflects a deliberate campaign to terrorize Palestinian communities and undermine their livelihoods. The nursery, which had served as a vital source of income and greenery for the village, now stands in ruins, another casualty of colonizers’ aggression carried out under the protection of Israeli forces.
Calls are growing for international intervention to halt these attacks and hold perpetrators accountable. For the people of Yatma, the destruction of their land is not just an economic blow, it is a direct assault on their right to exist and remain rooted in their homeland.
In addition, the soldiers delivered a demolition and confiscation order at dawn on Friday targeting the home of Palestinian citizen Amer Hassan Snobar in the village of Zawata, west of Nablus. The invasion was part of a broader military incursion into several neighborhoods across the city.
Local sources reported that Israeli military jeeps stormed Zawata and surrounding areas, breaking into multiple homes and subjecting residents to identity checks and invasive searches.
During the invasion, soldiers handed Amer Sanobar’s family an official notice declaring the intent to seize and demolish their home.
Also at dawn, Israeli occupation forces invaded several towns and villages across Salfit Governorate in the central West Bank at dawn Thursday, abducting five Palestinian civilians in a coordinated campaign targeting political and community leaders.
In the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part, the soldiers invaded and violently searched dozens of homes, before abducting Osama Sa’id Abu Hashhash, Obada Sleiman Sarahna and Ahmad Fayeq Nassar.
Earlier Friday, illegal paramilitary colonizers launched a coordinated nighttime invasion of Khallet al-Dabe’, one of the 19 Palestinian hamlets that make up Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, wounding at least 20 Palestinians, including seven children, and a four-month-old infant, and resulted in the destruction of homes and agricultural lands.
The soldiers also installed many roadblocks on main entrances to villages, towns and refugee camps in Hebron, and closed several streets with iron gates and sand barriers.
These incursions and violations are part of a sustained campaign of repression across the West Bank, marked by arbitrary arrests, land seizures, and colonizers violations. The impact on Palestinian communities continues to deepen, as daily life is disrupted and basic rights are systematically violated.
