Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the “ceasefire” agreement in the Gaza Strip on Thursday for the 343rd consecutive day, shelling and opening fire on various areas of the coastal enclave.
A Palestinian medical source reported that Sa’id Barham died from wounds he sustained last year in an Israeli strike targeting southern Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
A local source reported that an Israeli strike on the roof of the Ad-Daraj School, which shelters displaced Palestinians in Gaza City, injured two people.
Israeli artillery also shelled eastern Gaza City and the city’s northeastern areas, while the army fired illumination flares over northeastern Gaza City.
In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli artillery shelled the northern areas of the Al-Bureij refugee camp.
Also, Israeli military vehicles opened fire toward areas east and northeast of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Also in Khan Younis, a Palestinian was injured by Israeli army fire targeting a home in Diwan an-Najjar area, in the center of the city.
An Israeli military vehicle also opened fire toward several Palestinian fishermen off the coast of Rafah, in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip.
Furthermore, Palestinian citizen was seriously injured, Thursday before dawn, as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the roof of Ad-Daraj School, which houses displaced people in central Gaza City, according to a WAFA news correspondent, who added that the injured person was transferred to Baptist Hospital to receive treatment.
Rescue workers are frantically searching for survivors after a seven-story building collapse killed at least 20 Palestinians and trapped dozens more in Gaza.

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip through aerial and artillery attacks near displacement sites, along with demolition and destruction operations within the area known as the “Yellow Line,” while maintaining restrictions on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and travel.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza, hospitals recorded five Palestinian deaths—three newly killed and two who succumbed to earlier wounds—and 28 new injuries during the past 24 hours.

These figures brought the totals since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, to 1,386 Palestinians killed and 4,784 injured. The ministry also reported that 831 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble.
The cumulative toll since October 7, 2023, has reached at least 73,821 Palestinians killed and more than 174,897 injured.
Many victims remain trapped under the rubble in destroyed areas across the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip, as rescue and recovery teams continue to face severe shortages of personnel, heavy equipment, fuel, and other essential resources needed to reach them.
