The Israeli occupation army continues its aggression on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp for the fourteenth consecutive day, resulting in the killing of 25 Palestinians, dozens of injuries, scores of abductions, and the demolition of dozens of homes, amid large-scale displacement affecting 15,000 citizens.
On Sunday, 73-year-old Walid Mohammad Ali Lahlouh was killed by Israeli soldiers at the entrance to Jenin Refugee Camp, while another citizen was shot in the thigh in the Al-Jabriyyat neighborhood of the city.
Additionally, the soldiers simultaneously detonated around 20 buildings in the eastern part of Jenin Refugee Camp after planting explosives, causing damage to parts of Jenin Governmental Hospital without resulting in any injuries.
Furthermore, the occupation forces informed the family of young man Qussai Saadi that their three-story house in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin would be bombed if their son, did not surrender.
The violations in Jenin also targeted Palestinian journalists, medics, and ambulances amidst a strict siege and ongoing offensive.
The Israeli army continues to send reinforcements to the Jenin Refugee Camp from the Al-Jalama military roadblock, while its bulldozers continue demolishing houses in the Al-Damj neighborhood.
The mayor of Jenin, Mohammad Jarrar, stated that around 15,000 people have been displaced from Jenin Refugee Camp and Al-Hadaf neighborhood and have been provided temporary shelters in 39 community organizations in Jenin and its towns.
In a phone interview, Jarrar told the Palestinian News & Info Agency (WAFA): “We are facing a humanitarian catastrophe in the city of Jenin, especially with the ongoing evacuation of citizens and their forced displacement.”
He added, “On Saturday night, around 300 citizens were forced to leave their homes in the Al-Qaniri and Al-Safa residential buildings. Despite forming committees to provide emergency relief for affected citizens, the biggest challenge is finding housing for this large number of displaced people.”
Jarrar highlighted the increase in destroyed homes in Jenin Refugee Camp, noting that 20 buildings were detonated. He explained that due to limited space, homes are built vertically with multiple apartments.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said despite Israeli violations and attacks targeting medics and journalists, and despite the siege, its teams continue to perform their duties and have treated dozens of injured Palestinians, including many who were physically assaulted by the soldiers.
Since the beginning of the latest onslaught on Jenin, the army bulldozed and destroyed infrastructure in Jenin refugee camp and destroyed water and electricity infrastructure in the refugee camp and the city, depriving about 35% of the Palestinians of basic services, especially water and electricity.
It is worth mentioning that government and private schools in the city and the refugee camp of Jenin will continue with online classes on Monday due to the ongoing aggression by the occupation.
It is worth mentioning that the Israeli army has killed 70 Palestinians, including ten children and one woman, in the West Bank this year.

The number of slain Palestinians in the Gaza Strip is not final as the reach continues under the rubble and on destroyed streets, alleys and heavily bombarded neighborhoods across the destroyed coastal enslave despite limited means and equipment.
