On Thursday evening, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) said the Israeli occupation authorities moved a detained Palestinian woman to a hospital due to her need for professional medical attention.

The PPS said the young woman, Dina Jaradat, 23, suffers from Hydrocephalus disease (buildup of fluid in the ventricles deep within the brain) and requires professional medical treatment.

The PPS added that Dina was moved from the Damoun prison to Rambam Israeli medical center three days ago.

Dina, who was abducted on August 7th, 2022, was sentenced to four months in prison and a 6000 Shekels fine.

Dina, a journalism student from Jenin in the northern West Bank, was transferred to the hospital and back to prison several times since the soldiers abducted her.
