Israeli occupation war jets continued relentless bombing across the Gaza Strip on the 25th day since the resumption of the genocide in the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including women and children.

In Khan Younis, Israeli forces targeted homes and makeshift tents sheltering displaced families. An airstrike on the Al-Mahatta neighborhood in Khan Younis killed at least twelve members of the Al-Farra family.

Among the victims were Mazen Ibrahim Mahfouz Al-Farra, 37, his wife Samaha Abdul-Nasser Hussein Al-Astal, 35, her aunt Maryam Hussein Othman Al-Astal, 58, and their children Mosab, 6, Osayd, 3, Ibrahim, 8, Taqwa, 9, Maryam, 5, Mira, 10, and Ibrahim, 7.

At least six Palestinians were killed and five injured, some seriously, when the army fired a missile at a home in the Al-Katiba area, north of Khan Younis.

Medical sources said the number of casualties could be higher as the search continued under the rubble of the bombarded homes and efforts were underway to contain a fire resulting from the bombing.

Earlier, another strike near Nasser Medical Complex killed a woman from the Al-Zaqzouq family, while an attack on Abasan village, east of Khan Younis, claimed the lives of two members of the Abu Doqqa family.

In southern Khan Younis, the Al-Salam neighborhood was hit by artillery fire, while residential homes in northern Rafah were demolished in ongoing bombardments by Israeli forces.

In addition, two Palestinians were killed in an airstrike targeting the Abu Al-Ojein area, east of Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza. In northern Nuseirat refugee camp in Deir Al-Balah, Israeli artillery fired several shells, causing additional destruction.

Israeli attacks in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, resulted in two fatalities and several injuries after the army bombarded homes.

In Jabalia, also in northern Gaza, an airstrike destroyed the Al-Banna family home near Al-Falah Mosque, killing a child and injuring multiple residents.

In the Shuja’iyya neighborhood of Gaza City, three members of the Abu Amsha family succumbed to their injuries following an attack on Baghdad Street that devastated a residential block. The death toll from this attack now stands at 26, with at least 34 victims still trapped under the rubble. The slain Palestinians include sisters Raghda and Heba Ibrahim Abu Amsha and Momen Yahya Abu Amsha.

The Shuja’iyya bombing also claimed the life of a child, Yamen Saif Al-Ramlawi. Additional residents were injured by live ammunition fired from an Israeli drone on Street 8 in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood.

It is worth mentioning that Israeli occupation authorities issued new evacuation orders to residents in several areas of Gaza City.

Local sources reported that the orders targeted neighborhoods in Al-Zeitoun, Shuja’iyya, and Al-Tuffah, located in the eastern part of Gaza City. Residents were instructed to immediately leave their homes and move westward.

It is worth noting that Israel’s National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, has called for escalating military operations against Gaza, emphasizing the necessity of targeting food storage facilities and power generators in the region. Ben-Gvir asserted that exerting pressure on Hamas is the only way to ensure the return of Israeli captives.

Speaking in statements reported by the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Ben-Gvir said, “Hamas prioritizes the safety of the hostages. To bring them back home, we must impose our control over them.”

In related comments, the minister acknowledged “several disagreements” with Shin Bet Chief Ronen Bar, and expressed his support for “the prime minister’s right to appoint a new head of the agency.”

Ben-Gvir also criticized the judicial system, remarking, “Many Supreme Court judges have perceptions and agendas that diverge from ours.”

Since the resumption of the genocide in Gaza on March 18, Israeli forces have killed 1,522 Palestinians and injured 3,834 others, the majority of whom are women and children.

On Thursday evening, five members of the Abu Al-Awn family were killed in an airstrike on their home in Shuja’iyya.

Two children from the Hasanein family in the same neighborhood also died in the assault, along with four others who were killed near Al-Samer Junction in Gaza City.

Among the victims were Judge Amjad Sharab, his daughter Jumana Sharab, Momen Ezzedine Al-Haddad, Mahmoud Abu Hasira, and others.

In the past 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received 40 fatalities and 146 injuries as reported in the daily casualty update. This does not include those who remain under the rubble.

Since March 18, 2025, the number of slain Palestinians has risen to 1,522 deaths and 3,834 injuries. The overall toll since October 7, 2023, has reached 50,886 deaths and 115,875 injuries. Among the slain Palestinians are more than 15,626 children, 9,806 women, 234 journalists, and 23 medics.
