Israeli soldiers installed, Sunday, many military roadblocks in various parts of the Hebron governorate, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Local sources said the soldiers installed roadblocks on roads leading to Yatta, Khallet al-Mayya, Masafer Yatta, the al-Fawwar refugee camp, the al-‘Arroub refugee camp, Nabi Mousa, ath-Thaheriyya, and Ethna.

They added that the soldiers stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The roadblocks caused extended traffic jams and prevented the Palestinians from reaching their destinations, including work and schools in time.

In related news, the soldiers invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, searched homes, and abducted a young man, identified as Shadi Walid Taqatqa, 23.
