For 63 consecutive days, the Israeli army has continued its military offensive in Jenin city and Jenin refugee camp, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The invasions have been marked by widespread destruction, including the bulldozing of streets, destroying infrastructure, burning of homes, and the conversion of residential buildings into military bases.

Earlier Monday morning, Israeli forces invaded Silat al-Harithiya, a town west of Jenin, and abducted three Palestinians.

On Sunday evening, soldiers stormed a well-known restaurant, Al-Aqsa, located on the main roundabout in Jenin, as well as a nearby sweets shop, causing damage.

Local estimates suggest that approximately 230 Palestinians have been abducted by Israeli forces across the Jenin Governorate since the military campaign began in late January.

Increased military reinforcements, including bulldozers, have been deployed in various alleys of the Jenin refugee camp, and in Jenin city.

Israeli military bulldozers have destroyed roads, expanded existing ones, and carved out new access points to make way for their armored bulldozers and military vehicles.

Meanwhile, the army has intensified the firing of barrages of live round, accompanied by ground troop invasions of alleys and neighborhoods and constant drone surveillance overhead.

The ongoing Israeli escalation has led to the displacement of around 21,000 residents from Jenin refugee camp who fled to areas in Jenin city and nearby villages and towns.

According to the Jenin Municipality, Israeli forces have issued demolition orders for 66 buildings, including approximately 300 homes in refugee neighborhoods like Al-Aloub, Al-Hawashin, and Al-Samran.

Families have been prevented from returning to their homes to retrieve personal belongings.

The municipality also reported that the army has bulldozed 100% of the streets in the Jenin refugee camp and nearly 80% of the roads in Jenin city, leaving 3,200 households forcibly displaced from their homes.

Since the aggression began, the Israeli violations in Jenin have resulted in the killing of 34, dozens of injuries, and hundreds of abductions.

The relentless invasions have extended to nearby villages, towns, and homes across the governorate, deepening the region’s humanitarian crisis.

The number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of this year is now 109; 49 in Jenin, 19 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 13 in Nablus, 5 in Hebron, 3 in Bethlehem, 2 in Qalqilia, 1 in Salfit, 1 in Ramallah, and 2 in Jerusalem.
