A homemade explosive was hurled, on Tuesday at dawn, at an Israeli military jeep near Qalqilia city, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, causing damage but no injuries.
The Israeli army said several shots were also fired at the military jeep after the explosive object was thrown at it, near the Annexation Wall, close to Qalqilia city.
The army added that the soldiers fired many live rounds at the area where the explosive was thrown from, while one Palestinian fired back and fled to Qalqilia.
