The Health Ministry added that the number of children, women, and the elderly killed by Israeli missiles and shells in the Gaza Strip is about %70 of the casualties, stating he Israeli missiles have killed 5087 Palestinians, including more than 2055 children and 1119 women, and added that 15273 Palestinians have been injured, in addition to 1500, including 830 children, who are still buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.

The Health Ministry also said that the aid trucks Israel allowed into Gaza through Egypt are 14, which is only %3 of the daily imports before the offensive started, an issue that does not help alleviate the suffering of the civilians.

It added that it recorded many new cases of smallpox, scabies, and severe diarrhea due to deteriorating conditions, contaminated water, and the lack of sanitation due to the ongoing offensive and the displacements of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their homes.

Ten out of the 35 hospitals in the Gaza Strip have stopped providing services due to being bombed by Israel or after running out of fuel for their electricity generators, while 10600 liters of fuel have been provided to the Shifa Medical Center by the World Health Organization and the UNRWA.

The number of displaced Palestinians in Gaza is about 1.400,000, including 685000 who sought shelter with other families, 565,000 who are sheltering in 178 UNRWA-run schools, 101000 who are sheltering in mosques, churches, and public facilities, and 70.000 in government-run schools.

The Health Ministry said the health services in Gaza are collapsing and have reached a disastrous level due to the lack of basic medical supplies and workers and the lack of fuel for their generators.

It added that the hospitals that are still operational are housing %150 more than their designated capacities, which also meant some surgeries without anesthesia and using light from mobile phones, in addition to being forced to treat wounded Palestinians on the ground, in corridors, and other spaces that are unfit for these types of medical procedures.

Ninety thousand cancer patients can now only receive chemotherapy at the Turkish Hospital, which remains partially operational depending on one power generator, while dialysis sessions for more than 1,000 kidney patients have been reduced from 4 to 2.5 hours.

At least 130 premature babies in incubators are facing death due to the lack of resources and electricity, and more than 50,000 pregnant women are unable to receive care, which also resulted in 166 births in unsanitary places, while 5500 women are expected to give birth next month.

Gaza hospitals also received 1450 calls informing them of Palestinians still buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, including 800 children.
