On Saturday dawn, Israeli soldiers killed two young Palestinian men and wounded two others near the Salem military roadblock, west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
Media sources said the soldiers killed Mustafa Sultan ‘Aabed, 22, from Kafr Dan, and Ahmad Mohammad Shawahna, 21, from Sielet Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin.
They added that the army fired dozens of live rounds at the Palestinians near the Salem military roadblock, close to the Rommana Junction, west of Jenin, killing Mustafa and Ahmad, and moderately wounding two other young men.
Palestinian ambulances rushed to the area, but the soldiers refused to allow them to reach the slain Palestinians.
The medics later managed to rush the two wounded young men, 25 and 22 years of age, to a hospital in Jenin.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Aqraba town, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and searched homes.
The soldiers also invaded Hijja and Kufur Qaddoum towns, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, before invading and ransacking at least one home and closing several streets.
On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank’s central parts, and killed a Palestinian teenage boy, Khaled Raed Suleiman ‘Orouq, 16, after shooting him in the chest.
On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers fatally shot a young Palestinian woman, Maymouna Abdul-Hamid Harahsha, 20, on the bypass road #60, north of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Israel has now killed 501 Palestinians, including 124 children and five women, in the occupied West Bank, since October 7, 2023.
In the Gaza Strip, Israel has killed at least 34.308 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured at least 77.293, in addition to the thousands who remain under the rubble of the bombarded homes, buildings and infrastructure, in various parts of the devastated coastal enclave since October 7, 2023.
