Israeli occupation forces razed, on Wednesday, 50 dunams of Palestinian-owned land, and uprooted dozens of olive trees, in the southern part of Kifl Hares village, northwest of Salfit, in the central occupied West Bank, a local official reported.

According to the mayor of the town, Osama Saleh, the army levelled 50 dunams of land, uprooting dozens of olive trees in the process in order to lay pipes to carry water to the nearby illegal colonies of Barkan and Ariel.

Meanwhile Israeli forces razed an agricultural road, in Zanuta village, southwest of Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank.

It is important to note that all Israeli settlements are illegal under international law, particularly Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
