A Palestinian citizen was killed on Friday in a bombing by the Israeli occupation forces in the central Gaza Strip.
According to journalist Mosab Abu Toha, Israeli occupation aircraft targeted Mohammad Abdel Nasser Al Khatib (36), a resident of Al Zawaida town, behind the Egyptian Committee headquarters in the central Gaza Strip, killing him.
It is worth mentioning that the occupation had previously killed his brother Khalil Abdel Nasser Al Khatib (29) and his pregnant wife on 30 May 2025, during an airstrike that targeted a gathering of Palestinians in Deir Al Balah.
A Wafa news correspondent reported the killing of citizen Muhammad Abdel Nasser Al-Khatib as a result of bombing by an Israeli drone on the main Salah al-Din Road, opposite the Al-Zawaida area, in the central Gaza Strip, adding that his body was transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir al-Balah.
In the same context, a number of citizens were injured earlier today in the Israeli occupation bombing of the “Rahma” camp, south of the slaughterhouse area, west of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The bombings follow a deadly day on Thursday in which Israeli forces killed 8 Palestinians and wounded 36 in bombings that directly violate the ceasefire negotiated in October 2025. No Palestinian attacks against Israelis have been documented since the ceasefire, but Israel has violated the ceasefire hundreds of times, killing over 1400 Palestinians since the ceasefire went into effect.
