Israeli colonialist settlers, illegally squatting on stolen Palestinian lands, uprooted more than 50 olive trees, Monday, in Hareebat an-Nabi area, east of Yatta, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron. Israeli soldiers also injured a man in Hebron city.
Fuad al-Amour, the coordinator of the Protection and Steadfastness Committees in Masafer Yatta, said the colonists invaded Palestinian orchards and uprooted more than 50 olive trees, owned by the local Rashid family.
Al-Amour added that the attacks are among the numerous violations targeting the same area over the last few years, to expand two illegal outposts, Susiya and Sefer, which were installed on the Palestinian lands.
He called on various national and international, legal, and human rights groups to intervene and end the escalating Israeli violations.
In related news, Israeli colonists fired many live rounds, on Monday at night, targeting several Palestinian homes in the Shallala Street, in the center of Hebron, city, in addition to invading a few homes.
furthermore, the soldiers fired a concussion grenade at a Palestinian man in his shop in the Old City of Hebron, causing a severe injury to his arm, including deep cuts, burns, and severe bleeding.
