On Tuesday evening, a paramilitary Israeli colonizer was injured after several shots were fired at his car in an area between Za’tara and Huwwara military roadblocks south of Nablus in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Israeli sources claimed the shots came from a Palestinian car passing the colonizer’s car before speeding away.

They added that the colonizer was slightly injured by shrapnel and was treated at the scene without the need for further treatment. His car sustained damage after being hit with several live rounds.

After the shooting, the Israeli army closed the entire area and deployed dozens of additional soldiers and military vehicles before initiating massive searches.
