On Tuesday, paramilitary illegal Israeli colonizers brought their sheep to herd on Palestinian farmlands near Hebron and burnt an agricultural room near Salfit, in the southern and the central West Bank.

Local sources said the colonizers invaded farmlands in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

They added that the colonizers brought their sheep to herd and eat the Palestinian produce planted there.

The attacked lands are in an area that is subject to constant Israeli violations, committed by the paramilitary colonizers and the soldiers.

The colonizers frequently bring their livestock, including sheep and cows, to graze on the farmlands, in addition to attacking Palestinian farmers and shepherds, especially on lands they want to illegally annex to expand their colonies.

In related news, the colonizers and Israeli soldiers invaded Palestinian lands in the Khirbet Um Al-Kheir village in Masafer Yatta and released their livestock to graze on the lands.

In Salfit, in the central West Bank, the colonizers invaded lands, north of Deir Istiya town, and burnt a room owned by Yousef Salman and his family.

The room, which is also used as a barn, had agricultural tools and supplies that the colonizers stole before burning it, before fleeing the area.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted a shepherd, Ahmad Mohmmad Bani Odah, 21, from Hamsa village, while herding his sheep near teh Al-Hamra military roadblock in the West Bank’s Northern Plains.

Also, paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked a community southeast of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, and killed Fakher Bassem Bani Jaber, 43, after shooting him in front of his home in the town of Aqraba, southeast of Nablus.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
