In the central occupied West Bank, Israeli colonizers killed one Palestinian, and injured others in the town of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, on Tuesday evening.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced on Tuesday evening, the death of 22-year-old Sa’id Murad Na’san, after he was shot in the chest by Israeli settlers in Al-Mughayyir.
Media sources said that settlers, under the protection of the occupation army, opened fire at Palestinians who attempted to confront the settler incursion.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported five citizens to the hospital with gunshot wounds, including one who was critically injured.
According to the head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, Amin Abu Aliya said that a group of Israeli colonizers, under the protection of occupation forces, stormed a public park.
Abu Aliya added that when Palestinian citizens confronted the invasion, the colonizers opened fire with live rounds, killing Naasan and wounding 4 others.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reported that Israeli colonizers have killed 12 Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of 2025, and 34 since the beginning of the Israeli genocide against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
Since the beginning of the year, Israeli forces and colonizers have killed 208 Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank, including 39 children and 6 women.
Occupation forces have killed 70 Palestinians in Jenin, 37 in Nablus, 27 in Tubas, 17 in Tulkarem, 16 in Hebron, 15 in Ramallah, 9 in Bethlehem, 7 in Jerusalem, 6 in Qalqilia, 3 in Salfit, and 1 in Jericho, according to the Shireen Observatory.
In the Gaza Strip, the overall death toll since October 7, 2023 has increased to 65,382 including women and children, while at least 166,985 Palestinians have sustained various degrees of injuries as a result of Israel’s military onslaught.
