Three Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Saturday when an Israeli military drone attacked civilians in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, in a new violation of the “ceasefire agreement” in the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip.

Medical sources at Al‑Ahli Baptist Hospital confirmed that three slain Palestinians and multiple wounded arrived at the facility after an Israeli Quad‑Copter drone fired on a group of civilians near Dawla Junction in Zeitoun.

Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance teams reported that they were delayed for more than an hour from reaching the strike site due to Israeli fire.

The three Palestinians killed were identified as Salem Tawfiq Abu Zour, 48‑year‑old Luay Alaa Al‑Mubayed, and 18‑year‑old Ahmed Nimir Abu Zour.

In eastern Gaza City, an Israeli drone opened direct fire on the Al‑Zahra School camp, injuring one civilian.

Rescue teams reported additional cases of civilians trapped under collapsed structures in both Zeitoun and Shuja’iyya, with access blocked by Israeli fire.

PRCS crews also documented increasing attacks on rescue teams, including warning shots fired near the Al‑Zahra School displacement camp in Shuja’iyya.

In northern Gaza and the central governorate, Israeli armored units stationed north of Beit Lahia fired intense illumination rounds over residential areas. Military vehicles positioned near the pharmaceutical factory at the so‑called “Yellow Line” east of Deir al‑Balah opened heavy machine‑gun fire toward eastern neighborhoods, then repeated the attack.

These incidents form part of Israel’s ongoing breaches of the “ceasefire,” including live fire toward civilians, drone strikes and surveillance overflights, shelling, illumination‑round bombardments, limited incursions, and restrictions on civilian movement and access to farmland and homes near the separation fence.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that hospitals received 19 Palestinians killed in the past 24 hours — including 16 newly killed, one who succumbed to wounds, and two whose bodies were recovered — in addition to 60 wounded.

Since the “ceasefire” took effect on October 11, 2025, the cumulative toll has risen to 1,144 Palestinians killed, 3,703 wounded, and 802 bodies recovered from rubble.

The Health Ministry stated that the overall toll of the genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has reached at least 73,269 Palestinians killed and more than 173,811 wounded.

It stressed that many victims remain under the rubble and on roads, with ambulance and rescue teams unable to reach them due to ongoing Israeli fire and access restrictions.

UN agencies and humanitarian organizations reported continued Israeli obstruction of aid convoys, severe shortages in medical supplies, and repeated attacks near displacement sites, further worsening humanitarian conditions across the Gaza Strip.
