On Monday, Israeli soldiers abducted twenty-one Palestinians, including a former prisoner, and injured dozens of citizens in the governorate of Hebron, in the southern West Bank.
Israeli forces abducted, on Monday morning, twenty-one Palestinian citizens in the southern occupied West Bank governorate of Hebron.
Media sources said that soldiers abducted many Palestinian young men in the city of Hebron, they were identified as Anas Al-Julani, Alaa Al-Julani, Suhaib Al-Julani, Omar Al-Julani, Miqdad Omar Al-Qawasmeh, Wissam Hussam Al-Qawasmeh, and Youssef Saad Al-Qawasmeh.
Also in Hebron, the army abducted Mustafa Abdul Qadir Idris, Hammam Jamal Shawar, Amin Burhan Al-Junaidi, Ahmad Khaled Al-Junaidi, Abdullah Hatem Al-Jaabari, Taqi Al-Hashlamoun, and Hatem Hazem Zaghir.
In the Al-Arroub refugee camp, northeast of Hebron, soldiers abducted the citizens, Ammar Muhammad Mahmoud Jawabreh, and Reda Amjad Abdel Rahman Jawabreh, after storming and ransacking their homes.
Meanwhile, in the town of Surif, northwest of the city, occupation forces abducted former prisoner, Yaqoub Al-Hayeh and his brother, Suhaib, after invading and ransacking their homes in the town.
According to Mohammad Awad, a local activist, the army invaded the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, stormed several neighborhoods, and broke into many citizens’ homes, causing destruction.
He added that the soldiers abducted the citizens, Raed Mohammad Mahmoud Akhil, 48, Mushir Hassan Hussein Akhil, 23, Ahed Amjad Ibrahim Moneim Abu Ayyash.
On Monday afternoon, Israeli forces invaded the town of Beit Ummar, and stormed various neighborhoods, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.
According to Mohammad Awad, the army opened fire with live rounds, rubber-coated steel rounds, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, causing dozens of citizens to sustain inhalation injuries from tear gas exposure, and damaging vehicles.
