Israeli forces abducted nine Palestinians, on Tuesday, from various regions of the occupied West Bank, confiscated money and a motorcycle, and injured many citizens.

Jenin

In the northern occupied West Bank, the Israeli army abducted three Palestinian young men in the village of Jalbun, east of Jenin.

On Tuesday at dawn, soldiers Jalbun village and abducted Muhammad Khaled Youssef Abu Al-Rub and Usaid Basil Abu Al-Rub, after invading and ransacking their family homes.

Soldiers invaded several villages in the governorate, including Kufeirat, Tura al Gharbiya, and Faqqu’a, erected flying military roadblocks, stopping and searching vehicles, and fired live rounds at a vehicle at the entrance to the village of Kufeirat.

Meanwhile, soldiers abducted Rashwan Amer Hamran, a resident of the Jenin governorate, when he tried passing through a military roadblock west of Ramallah in the central West Bank.

In the afternoon, soldiers detained two former prisoners from the Jenin camp for five hours before releasing them, at the Awarta military checkpoint, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

The army set up flying military roadblocks and enhanced their military presence in many towns and villages including Arraba, Jaba’, and Maithalun, stopping and searching vehicles, and inspecting the identities of those inside.

On Tuesday evening, occupation forces invaded the town of Ya’bad, west of Jenin and confiscated a privately-owned motorcycle, in addition to storming the villages of Tura al Gharbiya and Zububa.

The incursion sparked protests among local youths, while soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades and tear gas canisters, causing several citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

More flying military roadblocks were erected at the entrance of Ya’bad, and the nearby village of Kufeirat, where soldiers stopped and searched citizens’ vehicles.

Tulkarem

On Tuesday night, soldiers invaded many towns in the Tulkarem governorate in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, including Qaffin, Seida, ‘Illar, and Attil.

The army stormed the streets and neighborhoods, and conducted searches in the homes of many citizens.

The incursion sparked protests among local youths, while armed resistance fighters detonated explosive devices in Qaffin, while occupation forces fired live rounds and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion.

Qalqilia

Israeli occupation forces invaded, at dawn Tuesday, the city of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, storming many neighborhoods, and assaulted two Palestinian young men.

The army proceeded to break into and ransack many homes, stealing 60,000 shekels ($16,532.00 USD) from one home, in addition to firing tear gas canisters at homes.

Tubas

In the northeastern part of the West Bank, the army invaded, in the predawn hours of Tuesday, invaded Tammoun town, south of Tubas, and deployed soldiers in several neighborhoods.

Soldiers stormed many homes, and positioned sharpshooters on the rooftops of homes, and abducted three Palestinian young men identified as Ibrahim Mustafa Bani Odeh, Amir Mahmoud Bani Odeh, and Yazid Raeq Bisharat.

Local Palestinian youths protested the incursion, while the army opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, mildly injuring one young man.

Armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the attacking army.


On Tuesday evening Israeli forces abducted a young man from the Tubas governorate after summoning him for a intelligence review.

According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, said that soldiers abducted Muhammad Khaled Abu Hamad, 26, when he tried to pass through the “Dotan” military roadblock, southwest of Jenin.

Nablus

On Tuesday afternoon the occupation army abducted Asim Jamil Shtayyeh when he tried to pass through the Za’atara military roadblock south of Nablus in the northern part of the West Bank.

Occupied Jerusalem

North of occupied Jerusalem, undercover Israeli agents (Musta’ribeen), kidnapped Omar Adwan, after storming his workplace in the Qalandia refugee camp, on Tuesday morning.
