Israeli forces, on Tuesday, abducted at least sixteen Palestinian citizens, including two women, in several regions of the occupied West Bank, after storming many homes.

Jenin

Late Tuesday night, occupation forces invaded several towns and village in the Jenin governorate, in the northern occupied West Bank.

The army stormed the villages of Al-Jalama, Arranah, Deir Ghazaleh, Arabbuna, and Jalbun, from north to east of the city, while local Palestinians protested the incursion in Jalbun.

On Tuesday night, occupation forces assaulted two Palestinian young men, striking them with rifle butts in the town of Arraba, southwest of the city, after they were released from army custody.

West of the city, Israeli soldiers invaded Ya’bad town, conducted a search operation in many neighborhoods, and confiscated a Palestinian-owned vehicle.

Soldiers also detained and interrogated a Palestinian young man at a flying military roadblock near Arraba, southwest of the city, before releasing him.

Tulkarem

In the northwestern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians in the Tulkarem governorate on Tuesday at dawn.

Soldiers abducted Raed Al-Mahr, after invading his home in the Irtah suburb, south of Tulkarem, in addition to abducting Issa Hassan Toubah from his home in Kafr Jammal village, southeast of the city.

In the northern neighborhood of the city of Tulkarem, Israeli soldiers abducted Mahmoud Shreiteh (Al-Taher), in an attempt to coerce his brother, Alaa to turn himself into the army.

Tubas

On Tuesday evening, the army abducted Orwa Imad Suleiman Bisharat, 33, a citizen of Tammun town, south of Tubas in the northeastern part of the West Bank, while he was returning to Palestine from Jordan.

Nablus

At dawn on Tuesday, Israeli soldiers invaded the town of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

The army broke into at least ten homes, searching and ransacking many of them, and causing damage.

It was added that soldiers broke down the doors to several of the invaded homes, in addition to detaining and interrogating their inhabitants.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the archaeological site in Sebastia town, northwest of Nablus, on Tuesday afternoon.

The incursion sparked protests among local Palestinians, while soldiers fired many live rounds; no injuries were reported.

In related news, Israeli forces shot a young man in the face and abducted two young men in the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus.

Jericho

In the northeastern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinian young men from the Aqabat Jaber and Ain Al-Sultan refugee camps, southwest and northwest of Jericho, after storming their homes on Tuesday evening.

Soldiers abducted Mahmoud Abdel Qader Awadat, 28, from the Aqabat Jabr camp, and Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shwaiki, 29, and Muhammad Abu Rashid, from the Ain Al-Sultan camp.

Ramallah

On Tuesday at dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted seven Palestinians, including two women and former prisoners in the Ramallah governorate, in the central occupied West Bank, after storming and searching their homes.

Northwest of the city, soldiers abducted Hanan Barghouthi, the sister of Palestinian detainee, Nael Al-Barghouthi, and his wife, Iman Nafi, in addition to Bagis Barghouthi, Muhammad Attiwi, Moamen Barghouthi, and Ihab Barghouthi in Kobar town.

In the nearby town of Arura, soldiers abducted the young man, Shadi Al-Arouri from his home.

Bethlehem

Late Tuesday night, the army stormed Beit Fajjar town, southwest of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank; no protests or arrests were reported at the time of writing this report.

Hebron

On Tuesday morning, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinian citizens after invading and searching their homes in the Hebron governorate, in the southern occupied West Bank.

South of the city, soldiers abducted Ali Khalil Al-Shawaheen in Yatta town, and Raafat Masalmeh in Beit Awa town.

According to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), Israeli forces have abducted 7,422 Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
