On Monday, Israeli occupation forces demolished a two-story stone house in the village of Al-Funduq, located east of Qalqilia in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said Israeli military vehicles, including a bulldozer, invaded the village and stationed themselves in the southwestern area known as “Al-Qit’a.”

They added that the army then proceeded to demolish the 200-square-meter residence belonging to Palestinian citizen Bashar Tayyem, citing the lack of an Israeli-issued building permit as the pretext.

Earlier Monday,  Israeli soldiers demolished two Palestinian homes in Marj Ghazal, a village north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

Between October 7, 2023, and October 5, 2025, Israeli authorities carried out 1,015 demolitions across the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem.

These violations targeted 3,680 Palestinian structures, among them 1,289 inhabited homes, 244 uninhabited dwellings, and 962 agricultural and other facilities.

During the same period, Israeli authorities also issued 1,667 demolition orders against Palestinian properties.
