Dozens of Palestinians students and citizens sustained suffocation, on Sunday, when Israeli forces fired tear-gas canisters near a complex of schools in Hebron, according to the Palestinian News and Info Agency (WAFA).

The correspondent reported that dozens of Palestinian children as well as adults, suffered the effects of toxic tear-gas the Israeli soldiers fired at the complex of schools..

Schools in southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron are frequently targeted by Israeli soldiers and settlers.

Harassment of Palestinians in this particular area has become a daily occurrence, particularly following the departure of the international monitoring team, the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH), in February of 2019, since Israel refused to extend the team’s mandate.
