Israeli forces executed a Palestinian young man on Wednesday, after besieging a house in the northern occupied West Bank town of Al-Yammun, northwest of Jenin.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the young man Mohammad Nazem Ezzat Zayed, 29, was killed and his body confiscated by Israeli forces in the town of Al-Yammun.
WAFA correspondent reported that undercover Israeli agents (Musta’ribeen) infiltrated the town of Al-Yammun, besieged a house and opened fire at Zayed who was inside.
He added that occupation forces denied medical aid to the the injured Zayed by blocking ambulance crews from approaching the scene, resulting in excessive blood loss and subsequent death.
The ARAB 48 news website reported that Zayed was suffering from cancer and that the occupation army had been pursuing him for a number of months prior to the assassination operation.
It quoted the Israeli news outlet “Walla” which reported that soldiers in the so called counter-terrorism “Duvdevan” unit killed a Palestinian man in a military operation in Al-Yammun town.
The site added that the occupation army justified the execution by claiming that the slain young man threatened soldiers operating in the area.
