Israeli forces shot and killed, on Monday at dawn, a Palestinian young man, and abducted one, in the Dhanaba suburb, east of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
According to medical sources at the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarem, the young man, Youssef Samih Abdel Karim Abdel Dayem, 21, was killed by occupation forces in the Dhanaba suburb, east of the city.
Media sources said the slain young man was a resident of the Tulkarem refugee camp, and an Engineering student at Khadoori University.
Before dawn, Israeli forces stormed the Dhanaba suburb, and positioned sharpshooters on the rooftops of tall buildings adjacent to the Tulkarem camp.
It was added that snipers opened fire at random, shooting the young man while he was in the “Hanoun” neighborhood in the camp.
The wounded young man lay on the ground bleeding, while soldiers blocked ambulance crews from reaching him to provide first aid, thereby denying him medical treatment.
Meanwhile, soldiers broke into and searched several citizens’ homes near the “Al-Safa” and “Al-Marwa” Mosques, and abducted the young man, Abdul Salam Abdul Hadi from his home.
It is important to mention that just two days ago, occupation forces shot and killed the young man, Moamen Omar Abu Asal, 22, in the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarem.
