Media sources said that occupation forces shot a Palestinian young man with live ammunition, on Saturday afternoon, at the Salem military roadblock, northwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank; he was transported to a Jenin hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, Israeli soldiers invaded Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, before dawn on Saturday, roaming the streets in their military vehicles, sparking protests.
Media sources said that a large army force stormed the town from its eastern entrance and positioned themselves in the town’s center, while local citizens confronted the invading army.
Sources added that Israeli soldiers fired live rounds and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion; no injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, occupation forces stormed the villages of Al-Jalamah and Arrana, north of Jenin, on Saturday afternoon; no arrests or injuries were reported.
