On Tuesday, Israeli forces shot one Palestinian with live rounds, and abducted four young men, including a former prisoner, in the northern West Bank governorate of Nablus.

Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man and abducted two others, on Tuesday morning, after storming the Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.


Media sources said that local Palestinians protested the military incursion into the camp, while soldiers opened fire with live rounds towards citizens, shooting at least one young man.

The sources added that a 28-year-old man was shot in the abdomen with live rounds; he was transported to hospital for treatment.

Soldiers stormed the headquarters of the Fatah Movement in the camp, in addition to the home of the Secretary of the Fatah Movement.

After breaking into and searching the homes of Nasouh Abu Saada, the Secretary of the Fatah Movement, and his brother, Hassan Abu Saada, before abducting them.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces abducted, before dawn on Tuesday, two Palestinians citizens, including a former prisoner, in the city of Nablus, after invading several neighborhoods in the city.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded several neighborhoods in the city, storming and ransacking the homes of the former prisoner, Kamal Abu Dharifa and Zaher Al-Shatri, before abducting them.

In related news, occupation forces abducted a young man and his sister, on Monday evening, in the village of Haris, northwest of Salfit in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded the village, opened fire with live rounds towards citizens, stormed the home of the citizen, Khaled Tahseen, and assaulted him before abducting his son and daughter.

At dawn Tuesday, Israeli forces killed the young man, Moataz Mohammed Omar Sarsour, 19, after shooting him in the chest with live ammunition, and critically injuring him, in addition to shooting three others, in the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
