On Thursday, Israeli forces shot two Palestinians, including a child, and injured dozens more in the town of Beit Furik, southeast of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank. East of the city, undercover agents kidnapped a young man in the Askar refugee camp.
Media sources said that a large army force invaded several neighborhoods in the town of Beit Furik, on Thursday afternoon, sparking protests, while soldiers fired many live rounds and tear gas canisters, shooting a young man and a child with live ammunition.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that a 34-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and a 15-year-old child sustained a gunshot wound to the hand, while dozens sustained inhalation injuries.
Meanwhile, in the evening, undercover Israeli agents “Musta’ribeen” infiltrated the vicinity of the Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus, and kidnapped a young man.
Media sources said that undercover agents stormed a restaurant near the Askar refugee camp and kidnapped the young man, Sameh Al-Rimawi.
In related news, the army killed two young men on Thursday, one in the Balata refugee camp, in the northern West Bank governorate of Nablus, and another in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
In the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, occupation forces killed the young man, Jihad Youssef Hussein Abu Salim, 25, after shooting him in the chest with live rounds.
The army assassinated the young man, Mohammad Abdul Karim Khaled Brahma, 25, after shooting him, in Qalqilia city, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
