Two Palestinians were injured, Saturday, after being attacked by illegal Israeli settlers in the village of Huwwara, south of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, according to a local official.
Ghassan Daghlas, an official monitoring Israel’s settlement activities in the region, told Palestinian WAFA News Agency that extremist settlers physically assaulted two local villagers, Murad Najjar and Sabe’ Saleem, while they were working in the area.
The two Palestinians were transferred to hospital for medical attention, after sustaining mild injuries.
Furthermore, an Israeli settler, on Friday evening, ran over a herd of Palestinian-owned sheep near Al-Samou town, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, the Palestinian Information Center reported.
Fuad Al-Amour, the coordinator of the Protection and Steadfastness Committee south of Hebron, stated that an Israeli settler ran over 10 sheep, belonging to Ali Awada, which led to their death.
