Israeli soldiers abducted, on Wednesday at dawn, eight Palestinians, including former political prisoners, in several parts of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported,

The PPS office in Hebron, in southern West Bank, said the soldiers searched many homes in Beit Awwa town, west of Hebron, before abducting Nidal Yasser Masalma, Sajed Ismael Masalma, Sameeh Abdul-Qader Masalma and Yousef Hasan Masalma.

The four are former political prisoners who spent years in Israeli prisons and detention centers.

In Hebron city, the soldiers also searched homes, before abducting Kamal Kamel al-Ajlouni.

In Ramallah, in central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Mahmoud Zeebar, from his home in Kobar town, northwest of the city.

In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two Palestinians, identified as Amro Tharifa and Hasan Mabrouk.
