Israeli soldiers abducted, on Wednesday at dawn, five Palestinian men in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron, and illegally confiscated cash from two invaded homes, during violent searches.
In Hebron city, the soldiers invaded many neighborhoods before breaking into homes, and abducted Dr. Mustafa Kamel Shawar, 59, before confiscating sums of cash and mobile phones from his property.
The soldiers also abducted Salah Zghayyar, 23, Yosri Younis Hashlamoun, 28, and Omar Abdul-Hai al-Qmeiri, 37, from their homes in Hebron.
Another Palestinian, identified as Raed Abdel-Afo al-‘Emla, 28, was abducted from his home, in Beit Ula town, northwest of Hebron.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the home of a former political prisoner, identified as Nidal Qawasmi, and violently searched the property before illegally confiscating 2000 Jordanian Dinars from his wife.
They also invaded and searched the home of a political prisoner, identified as Adnan Mohammad Zaro, 28, and confiscated 2000 Shekels.
In related news, the soldiers abducted two Palestinian men in the West Bank governorates of Bethlehem and Nablus.
