Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday at dawn, Palestinian communities in Bethlehem and Jenin, in the occupied West Bank, shot a young man and abducted five others.
Media sources in Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, said dozens of soldiers invaded the Deheishe refugee camp, in the southern part of the city, before storming and ransacking homes.
They added that many youngsters protested the invasion and hurled stones at the invading soldiers who fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
The soldiers shot a young man, 19, with a live round in his leg, and abducted Mohammad Yousef Zaghari, 27, Mo’tasem Mazen Raqban, 27, in addition to Mo’taz Mohammad Share’a, 28.
In addition, the undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated into Qabatia town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and shot a young man with a live round in the leg, during protests that took place after regular army units invaded the town.
The soldiers stormed into homes and violently searched them, before abducting Yousef Jasser Nazzal and Mohammad Ragheb Kamil.
It is worth mentioning that Nazzal was shot and inured by the soldiers during a previous invasion into the town.
