On Friday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted four Palestinians from Tulkarem and Jenin while crossing two military roadblocks near Nablus.

The soldiers abducted Bara’ Ramdan Kamel Arafa, 21, from the Ezbet Shoufa area, southeast of Tulkarem, in the northwestern West Bank, after stopping him at a military roadblock near Surra town, west of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Also, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Fasial from Jenin city, in the northern West Bank, in addition to Mohammad Rahhal and Mohammad Hantouli from Silat Ath-Thaher town, southwest of Jenin, while crossing the Huwwara military roadblock, south of Nablus.

The Palestinians were among at least fourteen Palestinians the soldiers abducted Friday, mainly from their homes in several parts of the West Bank, among them a young man who the soldiers attacked and tasered in Huwwara town.

On Friday morning, Israeli soldiers killed Mahdi Samir Mohammad Bayadsa, 29, at the Rantis military roadblock west of Ramallah in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

Also Friday, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza confirmed the death of an elder who was seriously injured during Israel’s offensive on Gaza last Month.

It said the elder, Ismael Salman Ayyad, 73, died from serious wounds he suffered during the Israeli war on Gaza on May 2023.
