Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, seventeen Palestinians, including a father and his son, during violent invasions and searches of homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported.
The PPS office in Hebron, in southern West Bank, said the soldiers invaded and ransacked many homes in several villages and towns in the governorate, before abducting four Palestinians, identified as Yassin Badruddin al-Hour, Karim Abdul-Rahman Arar, Hammouda Mohammad Za’aqeeq and Monther Nasser Skafi.
In Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers searched many homes and abducted Riyad Ahmad Rashayda, and his son Fadi, in addition to Ahmad Aziyya, Ameed al-Azza and Ahmad Khader Masalma.
In Ramallah, in central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Abdul-Majid Hasan, 19, and Odai al-Khatib, from their homes in Deir as-Sudan and Bil’in towns.
It is worth mentioning that Abdul-Majid Hasan is the brother of Shatha, a political prisoner who was abducted from her home on December 12, 2019.
In Tulkarem, in northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Fahed Yassin and Sa’ad Ahmad Qassem, 32.
In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Emad Khaled Yassin, from his home.
In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted a child, identified as Mustafa Ghazala, from his home in the Old City, in addition to Mohammad Obeidat from Abu Dis town, and Eyad al-Kurd from al-Isawiya.
The soldiers also summoned for interrogation a young man, identified as Wisam Seder, from Jerusalem, and on Sunday evening, the soldiers summoned a woman, identified as Aya Abu Naab.
