Israeli soldiers closed two main junctions near Bethlehem and Salfit in the occupied West Bank, preventing the Palestinians from crossing.

On Wednesday morning, the soldiers the main road leading to Kifl Hares town, north of Salfit in the central West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers installed an iron gate and closed it, preventing the Palestinians from entering the town or leaving it.

On Tuesday night, the soldiers closed the Schools Junction area in Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.

The closed junction leads to several villages and towns in the western countryside of Bethlehem and is essential for the Palestinians, especially in Bethlehem and Hebron.
