Israeli soldiers fired, Monday, many live rounds at Palestinian farmers and swaths of farmlands near Khan Younis, in the southern part of the impoverished coastal region.

Media sources said the soldiers fired sporadic rounds of live ammunition at the farmers and their lands, in the eastern part of Abasan, in Khan Younis, forcing the Palestinians to leave.

They added that the soldiers also attacked farmers on their lands in several border areas, including the al-Awda refugee camp and Khuza’a town, in Khan Younis.

The attacks are part of frequent Israeli violations against the Palestinians, especially the fishermenfarmersshepherds, and workers in the besieged and impoverished Gaza Strip, and have led to dozens of casualties, including fatalities, in addition to serious property damage and the confiscation of many boats after abducting the fishermen.
