On Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers injured two Palestinians in the ‘Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said several army jeeps invaded the refugee camp before the soldiers stormed the home of Mohammad Saleh Abu Aker and ransacked the property before using its rooftops as a firing post and monitoring tower.

They added that many Palestinians protested the invasion and hurled stones at the soldiers who fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.

Medical sources have confirmed that the soldiers shot a Palestinian with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the head, and another young man in the back, causing mild-to-moderate wounds.
