On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers fatally shot a Palestinian teenager near Ni’lin town, west of Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.
Medical sources confirmed that the soldiers shot Hasan Yousef Hasan Sha’er, 17, while he was on his way to visit friends in Ramallah.
The sources added that the soldiers refused to allow Palestinian medics to approach the slain child, and took his corpse to an unknown destination.
Hasan, from Hableh town, south of the northwestern West Bank city of Qalqilia, was the eldest of three siblings and lived with his family in Jericho city, located in the northeastern West Bank.
On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers killed Samir Abdul-Rahim Amer, 55, near the Apartheid Wall, north of Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army and illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers have killed 706 Palestinians, including 160 children and 10 women. The fatalities include 188 in Jenin, 151 in Tulkarem, 72 in Nablus, 71 in Hebron, 60 in Ramallah and Al-Biereh, 57 in Tubas, 28 in Qalqilia, 28 in Jerusalem, 19 in Bethlehem, 16 in Jerusalem, 12 in Jericho and the Northern Plains, and 4 in Salfit.
Early Wednesday morning, Israeli soldiers conducted a wide-scale invasion campaign, and violent searches of dozens of homes and property, in Salfit in the occupied West Bank’s central part, before abducting twenty-two Palestinians, in addition to detaining and interrogating many residents.
In related news, the soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes in the Bethlehem governorate, south of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank, and abducted eighteen Palestinians, including siblings.
In the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, in the central part of the occupied West Bank, the soldiers abducted two young Palestinian men and invaded several neighborhoods and villages in the governorate.
