On Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers opened fire at a Palestinian car before abducting its driver near Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers abducted a young man, 28 years of age, at a military roadblock south of the ath-Thaheriyya town, south of Hebron, after opening fire at his car, puncturing its tires.
They added that the soldiers attacked the driver, from Yatta town south of Hebron, and abducted him, before moving him to a detention facility.
The army claimed the driver failed to stop at the roadblock before the soldiers opened fire at his car.
Also, the soldiers invaded a Palestinian home before assaulting the family and abducting one of its members, in addition to confiscating two cars and carpentry equipment in the southern area of Hebron city.
