On Saturday, Israeli forces shot at least three Palestinians, including a child, assaulted a journalist, and injured other citizens, in various parts of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces shot a 15-year-old child with live ammunition, on Saturday afternoon, while he was near the Ofer military prison, in Beitunia town, west of Ramallah in the central West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews transported a child to the hospital after he was who was shot in the thigh with live ammunition.
WAFA correspondent reported that soldiers fired concussion grenades at citizens in the area, coinciding with the bus carrying released Palestinian detainees set for release as a part of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Hamas Resistance Movement; no further injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian young man in Beit Furik town, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces detained a 30-year-old Palestinian young man, tied him to an olive tree, and shot him in the pelvis at point blank range with live ammunition.
Sources added that the wounded man was transported to a medical center in Beit Furik and was subsequently transferred to the Rafidia Governmental Hospital in Nablus.
Furthermore, the army stormed many areas of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, on Saturday night, and shot a Palestinian young man with live rounds.
Media sources said that occupation forces opened fire at citizens in the city, shooting a young man in the leg with live ammunition; he was transported to hospital for treatment.
Moreover, Israeli soldiers invaded family home of the released detainee, Imad Abu Ramouz, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and assaulted a Palestinian journalist.
Media sources said that after the release of the detainee, Imad Abu Ramouz, the army stormed his family’s home, and assaulted the journalist, Mosab Shawer, causing injuries; he was transported to the Alia Governmental Hospital in Hebron.
Sources added that the army invaded the family home of the released detainee, Sidqi Al-Zaro, threatened to re-arrest him, and ordered his family not to raise the Palestinian flag or hold celebrations.
Media sources said that occupation soldiers invaded Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, opened fire with live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades at citizens, in addition to detaining and assaulting three Palestinian men.
