On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child in Hebron city, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Media sources said the soldiers invaded the southern area of the city, leading to protests before the army fired rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.
They added that Palestinian medics rushed a child, Yazan Nadi Abu Queder, 13, to the Alia Governmental Hospital in Hebron after the soldiers shot him with a rubber-coated steel bullet to the skull.
Sources at the medical center said the child was admitted to surgery after suffering skull fractures and added that he is currently in a stable condition.
Earlier Tuesday, the soldiers shot a Palestinian child, Wasim Mohammad Nassar, 15, in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron.
