On Saturday, Israeli forces shot eleven Palestinians, including 5 children, one of whom was seriously wounded, in the northern West Bank governorates of Jenin and Nablus and in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron.

Israeli occupation forces shot a Palestinian child, on Saturday, in the town of Jaba’ south of Jenin in the northern West Bank.


Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded Jaba’ village southwest of Jenin, and opened fire at citizens.

Soldiers chased a Palestinian child through the olive groves and shot him in the hand and foot with live ammunition.

The army stormed several towns and villages in the Jenin governorate and erected military roadblocks at their entrances.

West of the city, the army stormed Ya’bad town and opened fire at citizens and their homes.

Soldiers shot a Palestinian child and two young men with live rounds, while two young men were abducted.

Meanwhile, in Al-Yamoun town, northwest of the city, soldiers shot another child with live ammunition.

Southwest of the city soldiers invaded the town of Arabba, stormed many homes and turned several homes into military barracks, while assaulting residents.

The army invaded several towns and villages in the governorate and erected military roadblocks at their entrances, sparking protests.

In the town of Awarta, south of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, soldiers invaded many homes and shot a Palestinian child and three young men with live rounds.

According to Ahmad Jibril, the director of the Ambulance and Emergency Center at the Red Crescent in Nablus, soldiers shot a 7-year-old child and seriously injured him.

Additionally, occupation forces shot two 18-year-olds and a 20-year old with live rounds.

Of the four injuries, only three were mentioned, one in the neck, presumably this is the serious wound sustained by the child, while one was shot in the back and the other in the hand.

All of the injuries were transported to hospital.

Furthermore, in the southern part of the West Bank, Israeli troops invaded the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and shot a Palestinian child and a young man with live ammunition.

According to Muhammad Awad, a local activist, the military incursion triggered protests among Palestinian youths.

He added that soldiers fired live rounds at citizens shooting a 20-year-old in the foot, while a 16-year-old child sustained shrapnel wounds.
