On Tuesday noon, Israeli soldiers shot two young Palestinian men with live fire and caused many schoolgirls to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Several army jeeps invaded the Aseeda area in the town, leading to protests before the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its medics rushed two young men to a hospital after the soldiers shot them with live rounds in their legs.
The PRCS added that the soldiers also fired many gas bombs near the nearby Zahrat El-Madaen school for girls, causing many schoolgirls to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Also Tuesday, Israeli soldiers killed Mohammad Yousef Ismael Zubeidat, 16, near the Zweidat village, north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.
Early Tuesday morning, Israeli soldiers invaded the Nur Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part, killed Ayed Sameeh Abu Harb, 21, after shooting him with live fire in the head and seriously injured another Palestinian.
