Israeli forces carried out a series of airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery bombardments across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, killing two Palestinians and injuring several others in Gaza City, Khan Younis, the central region, and northern Gaza, amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 11, 2025.
Israeli aircraft targeted a civilian vehicle on Al‑Shuhada Street in the al‑Rimal neighborhood of central Gaza City, killing Bader Khalil Ahel, 29, and injuring four bystanders. Ambulance crews transported the wounded as the strike left the vehicle severely damaged.
Earlier in the day, Mohammad Salah Mohammad ar‑Ruqab, 14, died from wounds he sustained three days earlier when Israeli forces bombed an area near Khan Younis along Salah al‑Din Street.
In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli aircraft fired missiles near the entrance of al‑Mughraqa, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp, injuring at least one Palestinian. Another civilian was wounded by Israeli fire north of the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Medical teams at al‑Ahli Hospital in Gaza City confirmed receiving multiple injuries after an Israeli drone targeted a group of Palestinians on Salahuddin Street in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.
Israeli artillery simultaneously shelled eastern Zeitoun, while drones opened fire toward the eastern outskirts of Gaza City.

Israeli aircraft also bombed an area near the tents of displaced families in the al‑Mawasi area of al‑Qarara, north of Khan Younis, while a drone fired toward the al‑Tina Street area in the al‑Mawasi zone west of the city.
At the same time, Israeli forces carried out demolition operations in eastern Khan Younis, coinciding with an airstrike targeting the al‑Fallujah area west of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
In addition, Israeli naval vessels opened fire on Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of Khan Younis, wounding two fishermen, one of them seriously. He has been identified as Yousef Fayez Najjar
The fishermen were attempting to work to provide for their families amid the hunger, siege, and catastrophic living conditions in the devastated Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army claimed it destroyed what it described as a “launch site and weapons storage facility” in northern Gaza, saying the location contained dozens of munitions, including mortar shells, launchers, explosive devices, and rifles.

In related news, a document submitted to the UN Security Council by the so‑called “Peace Council” acknowledged stalled progress in implementing the Gaza roadmap due to unresolved issues, including weapons, governance arrangements, and funding.
Hamas rejected the document, calling it “suspicious” and accusing it of attempting to undermine the ceasefire by adopting Israeli demands for disarmament.
The movement reiterated its readiness to hand over administration of Gaza to a national committee and denied claims that it was obstructing reconstruction.
The United Nations urged Israel to take all necessary measures to prevent actions that could amount to genocide in the Gaza Strip, warning of indicators of ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk said Israeli actions since October 7, 2023, constitute grave violations of international law and, in some cases, may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

On its part, the Palestinian Detainees and Ex‑Detainees Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society said they received updated information from the Israeli army regarding the locations of several detainees from Gaza, confirming their presence in multiple prisons, including Nafha, the Negev, Ofer, Ganot, and Tsalmon.
However, many Gaza detainees remain forcibly disappeared, with no information available about their fate.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that three Palestinians, including one who died from his wounds, and three injured Palestinians arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours.
Since the “ceasefire” began on October 11, 2025, the ministry has documented 880 Palestinians killed, 2,605 injured, and 776 bodies recovered.
The overall toll since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,772 Palestinians killed and 172,707 injured, with many victims still trapped under rubble or lying in streets inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews.
