The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that two Palestinians were killed and three others injured in the past 24 hours as Israel’s genocide against the Gaza Strip continues despite the declared ceasefire of October 11, 2025.

Medical teams warn that the true toll is likely higher, with many victims still trapped beneath collapsed homes or lying in streets that ambulance and civil‑defense crews remain unable to access due to ongoing danger, destroyed roads, and the collapse of rescue capacity.

Health officials noted that emergency workers continue to face severe operational obstacles, including fuel shortages and repeated threats to their safety, leaving numerous bodies unrecovered. Families across the Strip continue to report missing relatives who have not yet been located.

Since the ceasefire announcement on October 11, 2025, the Ministry has documented 614 Palestinians killed and 1,643 injured, in addition to 726 bodies recovered from beneath the rubble. These figures reflect only those who reached hospitals or were retrieved by rescue teams.

The cumulative toll since the beginning of the genocide on October 7, 2023, has now risen to 72,072 Palestinians killed and 171,741 injured, the majority of whom are children, women and elderly.

Health authorities stress that the actual numbers are almost certainly higher, given the large number of people still unaccounted for and the collapse of medical infrastructure across the Gaza Strip.
