Israeli occupation forces conducted widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank on Monday, storming cities, villages, and refugee camps from Jenin in the north to Hebron in the south. The incursions involved home demolitions, assaults, and abductions targeting civilians, while a woman and her two children were injured when an Israeli colonizer deliberately rammed them with his car near Yatta, south of Hebron.
In Tubas, northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city and al-Far’a refugee camp, injuring a young man with live fire and abducting four Palestinians.
Undercover units surrounded homes in both locations amid gunfire, wounding the father of three detainees. The abducted individuals were identified as brothers Luay, Qusay, and Mahmoud Majed Sawafta from Tubas, and Suleiman Shawish from al-Far’a refugee camp.
In Ramallah, central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Deir Jarir village and abducted Khair Sadeq Ma’ali after ransacking his home. They also deployed military vehicles in Birzeit and Beitunia, though no abductions were reported.
In Jenin, northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of Faqqu’a and abducted Mahmoud Mohammad Salah and Qusay Murad Shahada.
Military bulldozers razed a street in the al-Basatin neighborhood, while troops also invaded al-Yamun town, detained a vehicle, and occupied the Houshiyya neighborhood.
Israeli military aggression in Jenin and its refugee camp has persisted for 260 consecutive days.
In Nablus, northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the al-Makhfiyya neighborhood and abducted Hamed al-Sarwan after storming and ransacking his home.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli soldiers assaulted and abducted a man at the Jaba village roundabout northeast of the city.
They also erected two checkpoints in Silwan town, south of al-Aqsa Mosque, disrupting civilian movement.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces abducted 26-year-old Mohammad Awad al-Hreimi from Saff Street and 17-year-old Ammar Thaer al-Jafari from Doha town after invading their homes.
In Hebron, southern West Bank, Israeli forces demolished the apartment of political prisoner Ahmad Rafiq al-Haimouni in Wadi Abu Kteila.
The demolition was conducted by a large military convoy accompanied by an explosives unit, which fired concussion grenades and toxic gas to prevent residents from approaching.
Also in Hebron, an Israeli colonizer rammed a Palestinian mother and her two children with his car at the northern entrance to Yatta town, south of Hebron.
Media sources reported that the mother and her children, from the Jabarin family, were injured. The colonizer fled the scene. Palestinian Red Crescent Society medics transferred the injured family members to Hebron Governmental Hospital.
