Israeli forces and colonizers intensified attacks across the occupied West Bank on Friday, injuring several Palestinians, targeting property, and carrying out widespread military invasions. Israeli forces abducted at least nine Palestinians, including a child, injured others, and imposed additional restrictions on worshippers attempting to reach the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.
Five young Palestinian men sustained minor injuries after Israeli colonizers hurled stones at their vehicle near the entrance of Yabroud village, east of Ramallah.
Local sources also reported that Israeli forces invaded Al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah, closed its only entrance, broke into and searched homes, and assaulted several young Palestinian men.
Israeli forces also invaded the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, and initiated searches.
In the southern Nablus governorate, a Palestinian girl was injured by fragments of live ammunition after colonizers opened fire in the town of Aqraba. Colonizers also attacked an industrial facility and a livestock structure belonging to Samer Abu Mazen in the Abu Al-Hamra area of Beita. Israeli forces also invaded the Al-Koroum area of Aqraba, southeast of Nablus, and conducted searches.
In Khirbet Al-Marajim, south of Nablus, armed colonizers surrounded a Palestinian home and attempted to break into it. An Israeli military foot patrol also invaded Al-Quds Street in eastern Nablus.
Israeli forces also invaded Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, and broke into and searched several homes.
Furthermore, Israeli colonizers shot a young woman, 18, while standing in front of her home in the eastern area of Aqraba town, south of Nablus.
In the northern Jordan Valley, a Palestinian was injured when colonizers assaulted Palestinian families in the Khirbet Allan area of Al-Jiftlik, north of Jericho.
Israeli forces also invaded Jericho and advanced toward a street leading to the Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp.
Meanwhile, groups of colonizers invaded the Solomon’s Pools tourist area between Al-Khader town and Artas village, south of Bethlehem. Others invaded Ein Siniya village, north of Ramallah, and the city’s At-Tira neighborhood, where they roamed among Palestinian homes, shouted insults, and carried out provocative acts against residents.
For the second consecutive day, colonizers gathered on the western outskirts of Ramallah’s At-Tira neighborhood, near Al-Awda Roundabout leading to the Rihan suburb and continued harassing local residents.
In the northern Hebron governorate, armed colonizers attacked Palestinian farmers in the Wadi Ash-Shinar area of Halhul. They assaulted and detained several farmers, preventing them from reaching their agricultural lands.
Separately, Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of military invasions across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, abducting nine Palestinians.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli soldiers abducted a young Palestinian from within the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Friday sermon.
In Nablus, soldiers invaded and searched homes before abducting Abdul Rahman Abu Duhair from the city’s Street 10 area. They also abducted Karim Abdul-Moneim Ramadan from Tal village, southwest of Nablus.
Additionally, Israeli forces invaded the family home of Saed Deeb in Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus, and abducted him and his child, Turki.
In the Salfit governorate, local sources reported that Israeli forces abducted a young Palestinian during an invasion of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit.
In the Jenin governorate, local sources reported that Israeli forces invaded housing at the Arab American University where displaced residents of the Jenin refugee camp were staying and abducted a Palestinian.
In the southern West Bank, soldiers invaded Khirbet Um Nirzan, east of Yatta in the Hebron governorate, and abducted Ahmad Fawaz Ar-Rajabi and Fahd Ahmad Ihrizat.
In Al-Isawiya, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, fires broke out after Israeli forces fired tear-gas canisters toward Jabal Al-Masharef.
Local sources also reported that Israeli forces invaded Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces continued to impose strict restrictions on access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, preventing a number of Palestinian worshippers, including wheelchair users, from reaching the holy site for Friday prayers.
Israeli police also stormed the Bab Al-Rahma prayer hall inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound shortly before Friday prayers.
At the same time, Israeli forces reinforced their presence at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and throughout Jerusalem’s Old City, stopping and interrogating young Palestinians, inspecting identification cards, and preventing numerous worshippers from entering the holy site.
The incidents reflect the ongoing Israeli military escalation and daily colonizer attacks against Palestinian communities, property, agricultural lands, and religious sites across the occupied West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.
At dawn Friday, Israeli forces carried out invasions across the occupied West Bank, targeting communities in the central West Bank near Ramallah, Al‑Bireh, and Bethlehem; the southern Hebron district; and the northern districts of Nablus and Jenin. Separately, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers injured five Palestinian youths in an attack near Yabrud.
