Occupation forces abducted several Palestinians on Tuesday, including a journalist, a doctor, and a lawyer in Jenin city. Many other citizens were abducted in the West Bank cities of Al-Biereh, Bethlehem, Nablus, Salfit, Hebron, and Tubas.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted an unidentified young man while he was passing through the “Al-Nashash” military roadblock at the entrance to Al-Khader town, southwest of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

Israeli forces invaded the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and abducted four citizens, including a child, and took up positions throughout the town.

Media sources reported that soldiers abducted Atef Mohammad Abd al-Rahman al-Kar, 29, Mohammad Ashraf Abd al-Rahim al-Kar, 16, Fadi Iyad Taqatqa, 23, and Mahmoud Ahmad Taqatqa, 20, after storming their homes in the town.

Also in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded and searched the home of Daoud Khaled Saeed Haribat, in the village of Sika, southwest of Hebron, before abducting him.

Israeli forces stormed the town of Ethna, west of Hebron, and abducted the woman, Amani Muhammad al-Jiyawi, after invading and ransacking her family home in the al-Ras area, stealing 150,000 shekels, gold jewelry, and confiscated her husband’s vehicle.

Additionally, the army abducted the woman, Sanaa Muhammad Akhlawi, after storming her family home in the Khallet Ibrahim area.

According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, reported that soldiers abducted Mohammad Mithqal Naim Daraghma, from the city of Tubas in the northwestern part of the West Bank, after summoning him for interrogation at Salem military camp.


Meanwhile, at dawn Tuesday, Israeli forces abducted the journalist, Ali Samoudi, a correspondent for Al-Quds newspaper, after storming and ransacking his home in the Al-Zahraa neighborhood of Jenin in the northern West Bank.


It is important to mention that Al-Samoudi was shot and injured alongside Al-Jazeera journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh when she was assassinated in the Jenin refugee camp on May 11, 2022.


In the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, occupation soldiers abducted the female doctor, Shaima Abu Ghali, Durgham Al-Saadi, and Bahaa Al-Saadi, in addition to Ya’rab Al-Sakran in the Al-Marah neighborhood.

Israeli forces also abducted the lawyer, Jihad Muhammad Ibrahim Hawshiya, after invading his home near the Jenin refugee camp.

Also in the northern West Bank, the army stormed Nablus city and the Balata refugee camp east of the city, and abducted five Palestinians after invading several homes and a residential building.

Media sources said that soldiers abducted three students from An-Najah National University identified as Theeb Qawariq, Ammar Farouq, and Omar Mahmoud Shinawi in Nablus city, in addition to abducting Mohammad Khadeesh and his son, Islam, in the Balata refugee camp.

Furthermore, in the central West Bank, occupation forces invaded several towns and villages in the Salfit governorate, and abducted three young men after invading their homes.

Media sources said that the army abducted the three young men, Shadi Ismail Sati Ayyash, Muhyi al-Din Allam Mar’i, and Wahid Rami al-Deek.

Moreover, occupation forces stormed the cities of Ramallah and Al-Biereh, at dawn Tuesday, and abducted the young man, Islam Al-Aryan, after invading his home in the city of Al-Biereh.
